Return and Refund Policy
The Online Store informs you on the conditions and timeframes for the return of goods, currently in effect in our Store.
In accordance with the Russian Federation Law “on Consumer Rights Protection” the Buyer has the right to reject the Goods at any time prior to their delivery and within 14 days from receiving the Goods.
The return of goods of proper quality is possible only if the Goods are returned with original marketable quality, consumer properties, tag(s), packaging and proof of purchase.
The Buyer, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 26.1 of the Russian Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" has no right to reject proper quality goods with individually defined properties i.e. when only the Buyer can use the specified Goods.
In case an item has a defect unspecified by the Seller, the Buyer has the right to annul the sale/purchase agreement and demand a refund of the amount paid for the item. Please note that the true color of items may differ from the colors and shades on the website, depending on the colors of your monitor.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving your order from the www.oliavictorieva.com website, if the following conditions for return of items are met:
To qualify for a return, the items must be returned in marketable condition (including original packaging and tag(s)), a proof of purchase and a copy of the buyer’s ID.
In case of refusal of an item that is part of a set, the refund can only be made for the complete set.
Returned goods must be delivered to the Seller within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer directly to the address of the Seller located at Smirnovskaya str., 25, building 16, office 308, Moscow, 109052 RUSSIA

RETURN OF GOODS
Return of goods is considered to be lawful in the event of the Buyer’s full compliance with the following conditions:
Returned Goods must be neither used, worn, washed, modified nor damaged;
The identification label along with the disposable seal must be attached to the item;
Items must be shipped in their original packaging;
The Seller must receive the Goods within thirty (30) days from the day you received the Goods.
If all the above mentioned requirements are met the Seller shall reimburse the full value of the returned Goods. Any duties, taxes and fees associated with the dispatch and delivery of the purchased Goods are non-refundable. If the returned Goods cannot be accepted by the Seller and do not qualify for a refund, you will be notified. In this case, the returned Goods can be sent back to you upon your request. The Seller does not pay for the associated costs. If you do not wish the goods to be returned to you, the Seller reserves the right to keep the Goods without compensating any of the Goods’ value.
SHIPPING OF RETURNED GOODS
For the delivery of returned goods, you can choose a shipping service at your discretion.
Please keep in mind that the shipping costs that you incur during a return will not be refunded by the Online Store. You shall also not be reimbursed for transportation costs related to the dispatch of the return Goods, as the dispatch of these products is carried out entirely at your expense. Make sure that you have properly filled out all documents required for customs control and attached them to the parcel. In accordance with the requirements of the customs services, all such documentation must be filled out in English in order to render them readable for the customs authorities of the country of origin (for registration of export).
Please note that sending returned Goods to the Seller with small parcel or cash on delivery methods is not permitted and will not qualify for a refund.
We recommend that you contact your local customs authorities and / or your chosen shipping service and ensure that you have submitted a full set of documents.
The Seller is not liable for the delay of parcels at customs due to a lack of documentation or insufficiency thereof. Therefore, it is strongly recommended you choose a shipping service that allows you to track your package at any time. Make sure that the selected delivery type guarantees delivery of parcels within thirty (30) days from the day you received the order.
Please provide details of the reason for the return in your Refund Form (for a Refund Form contact our Customer Support at email@example.com); also note that the refund for the Goods (and refund of the shipping in case of poor quality Goods) will be done with one of the payment methods that you specify on the Refund Form.

PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF REFUND
After the Online Store receives your returned Goods and verifies their conformity with all the aforementioned requirements, you will receive an email notification of acceptance of the returned Goods.
Regardless of the payment method you used (credit / debit card) the Seller starts refund procedures within thirty (30) days from the day when the Seller received information about your intention to return the Goods and only after the Seller has verified that the return of Goods has been made by you in accordance with the above requirements.
Refund method matches the payment method.
Cash: Possible when returning the Goods by courier. The Buyer shall receive the refund sum upon presenting his identity document (passport or the document replacing it) and filling out a Refund Form (provided by the courier)
Noncash payment: The Buyer shall send the following information to the Online Store e-mail address with the subject "return":
Buyer’s bank account
RCBIK (Russian Central Bank Identifier Code) of the Buyer’s bank
Account holder name
Please note that the account details should be that of the Buyer.
The money transfer takes up to 7 days. The funds can be credited to the account of the Buyer with delays depending on the internal regulations of the Buyer’s bank, the Seller cannot be held accountable for such delays.
Postal Order: Refunds made by postal order are completed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned Goods by mail.
Credit: Refunds for Goods purchased on credit are made to the Buyer's account with the bank issuing the credit. The timeframe within which funds are credited to the account of the Buyer is depend on the internal regulations of the receiving bank. Tentative timeframe for receipt of funds is 3-5 business days.
The speed of the refund process of returned Goods is dependent on the payment method used:
Purchases made with credit / debit card: the timeframe of the refund will depend on the policies of the establishment that issued the card. We assure you that the date of transfer of funds to the account will coincide with the date of the initial payment; this policy allows you to avoid the loss of bank interest.

Delivery of goods is carried out by EMS Postal Services. We also present you with an easy refund procedure: contact us through email@example.com within 14 days from the date of delivery of your parcel, and send the products back to our address through any shipping/mailing/courier service. Remember that the parcel should arrive at our address within 30 days from the day you received the order.
