Shipping times depend on destination country/city and time of manufacture. Any customs duties shall be paid by the buyer independently, as required by law.
Once all of your items have been manufactured, we will dispatch your shipment to DHL Express and they will assign it an individual tracking number. It will be automatically sent to your email address. To track your shipment, go to DHL website and enter your tracking number as indicated on the email in the Track Your Shipment field on the right.
If your items are delayed, proceed as follows:
- Check the status of your order on our website on the Shipping Details and make sure that your items have been shipped;
- Check your email inbox for the email containing your DHL tracking number; if received, check location of your shipment on DHL website;
- If you face any problem, please contact DHL by dialing the telephone number specified for your country on the website or contact our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the feedback form.
