We deliver our products to 220 countries and regions around the globe. DHL Express is our steady and reliable partner. Please note that shipment is free of charge. Shipping times depend on destination country/city and time of manufacture. Any customs duties shall be paid by the buyer independently, as required by law.



SHIPPING DESTINATION & TIME

Shipping time can be calculated in Customer Service - Shipping Details. Select the country, city and ZIP code you need in the appropriate fields.

Please note that most items are tailored and handmade. Shipping lead time covers time of manufacture and shipment.

Manufacturing lead time depends on the item type you have selected.

Shipping time to your destination city, including manufacturing time for the item you have selected, can be calculated on the relevant Flypage under the Shipping & Returns. If your order contains more than one item, manufacturing time will be calculated depending on the most challenging piece to sew.

All relevant times will be displayed in your order form before payment, when you are placing your order, and they will also be sent to your email address once your order has been placed.

IF SHIPMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOUR DESTINATION

If you can't find your city, DHL Express most likely does not ship to this destination. In this case, please contact our Customer Support at suport@oliavictorieva.com or via the feedback form and we will help deliver your shipment using a different method.

TRACK MY SHIPMENT

Once your order has been placed with the website, it will be given a reference number. It will be displayed immediately after placement and will be also sent to your email address together with your order details.

You can check the status of your order in Customer Service - Shipping Details by entering your order reference number and email in the appropriate fields.

HOW TO TRACK SHIPMENTS

Once all of your items have been manufactured, we will dispatch your shipment to DHL Express and they will assign it an individual tracking number. It will be automatically sent to your email address. To track your shipment, go to DHL website and enter your tracking number as indicated on the email in the Track Your Shipment field on the right.

HOW TO CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

You can change your shipping address before your items are dispatched, only. Please contact our Customer Support at suport@oliavictorieva.com or via the feedback form and specify the shipping address you need.

MY ITEMS ARE DELAYED

If your items are delayed, proceed as follows:

- Check the status of your order on our website on the Shipping Details and make sure that your items have been shipped;

- Check your email inbox for the email containing your DHL tracking number; if received, check location of your shipment on DHL website;

- If you face any problem, please contact DHL by dialing the telephone number specified for your country on the website or contact our Customer Support at suport@oliavictorieva.com or via the feedback form.
